In the initial phase, our skilled crew did an extensive clean-up of the crawl space, ensuring the complete removal of all trash, debris, and contaminants. This thorough cleansing laid the groundwork for the subsequent steps.
Following the clean-up, our experts installed an advanced drainage system. This system is designed to intercept groundwater and any moisture seeping through the block walls. Once captured, this water is directed into the system and then expelled from the crawl space, safeguarding the foundation through the integration of a state-of-the-art sump pump system.
To bolster the resilience of the home and its crawl space, the customer opted for a secondary pump system. This system is fortified with a reliable battery backup, ensuring uninterrupted operation even amidst power outages, thereby offering an additional layer of protection.
